The aim of this project is to harvest energy either active sources (e.g. wireless radio frequency power source) or passively from the ambient environment (e.g. gastric acid, sweat, salt water etc). We have demonstrated wireless power telemetry using inductive coupling, designed for both implantable and biomedical applications.  We have also demonstrate electrochemical energy harvesting in case of capsule endoscopy applications that harvests power from the gastric acid. These devices are small, flexible and transparent for small biomedical applications.
